Refund policy
Print-on-Demand Products Because our apparel and custom products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Other Products For non-print-on-demand items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
